Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At ONW (Only Nightwear), we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality sleepwear and loungewear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item is in its original packaging with tags intact
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sleep masks
  • Innerwear (if applicable)
  • Any item marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product, or
  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Photos/videos of the product

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@onlynightwear.com
  2. Share your Order ID and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the return pickup or shipping process

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the product passes quality inspection
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead

8. Shipping Charges

  • Free returns for defective or incorrect products
  • For other returns, shipping charges may be:
    • Deducted from the refund, or
    • Paid by the customer (depending on policy)

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank/payment provider
